My Little Bright is a local Irish small business! 

As busy mum's and baby development teachers, we are passionate about giving babies the best start in life! 

We have many years’ experience in baby and childhood development through teaching babies and children for the past twenty years. 

We are passionate about early years development and in particular the benefit of sensory play. We’ve always had an interest in health, well-being and giving our little ones the best start in life which brought us to researching all things baby development when we had our own children. 

The idea began when Jean’s daughter developed additional needs for sensory play which led her to research all things sensory! 

Now for the science! Through her research, Jean discovered that sensory play builds nerve connections in the brain's pathways, which lead to the baby’s ability to complete more complex learning tasks. Sensory play provides the benefit of supporting language development, cognitive growth, fine and gross motor skills, problem solving skills, and social interaction.

We wanted to share what we had learned with other parents. We realised that while baby sensory toys were available in Ireland, there was no one providing baby sensory boxes specific to each developmental stage in little one's early years of life.

We know that you are the expert on your baby. So we have created My Little Bright Box to offer high quality baby sensory toys and newborn sensory toys along with an easy to follow guide which will provide you with the confidence that you are giving your little one just what they want and need every step of the way.
